Our initial consultation(s) are typically free of charge. On occasion, we may need to charge a small fee but we will make you aware beforehand. Our build costs are very transparent; we provide highly detailed costings in order to ensure you invest your money in the right areas. Our waiting list is currently between 6 to 12 months. It’s imperative to engage with us in advance of the design process in order to ensure we can accommodate your project in our diary. The architectural firm and/or designer’s design package, planning consents and building warrants can take anywhere from 3 to 12 months. Click here to introduce us to your project.
